Reflection 

So in high school I had a total of 4 relationships, each lasted about 5 or 6 months and then after that something bad would happen. I’ve never been the one to break up with someone though, until my most recent relationship [which lasted *gasp* six months]. I don’t know why I keep putting myself through relationships if there’s always something wrong.

I’m pretty sure I’m the “something” that is wrong.

All of my relationships have been at somewhat of a distance… Like the closest boyfriend has lived 30 minutes away, and the longest distance was across the country. Before I didn’t see anything wrong with it, but now that I am liking this guy who is in the same city, same college, I’m kind of freaking out. He’s nice and sweet and we get along so well. Sure awkward silences arise, but we are still getting to know each other. He has been nothing but sweet, and I’m freaking out…

I think I used distance as a defense mechanism that kept me from getting too close, you know? And now here’s this dude who’s awesome in every aspect [including proximity- wise] and I’m going crazy.

Thoughts? I’m probably just being so ridiculous and over dramatic
